Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 3 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

You are also able to return purchased goods to our store. The refund will be issued in the same manner the payment was originally made.

Shipping

At the moment, we ship to UK (mainland) addresses only. We use a 2-3 day courier and goods are shipped within 1-2 days of the payment being made, subject to stock availability.

In rare occassions where a product is out of stock, or is not available in the requested quantities, we will contact you as soon as we can to give a timeframe of delivery and to confirm if the wait time is suitable for you.

Click and Collect orders are to be collected from our store. An email will be sent to let you know when the item(s) you have ordered are processed and ready to collect. There is no time period for when collection is to be made, but we do appreciate they are collected in a timely manner.
