Returns Policy
You may return new (unopened and unused) items within 30 days of delivery or store collection for a full refund. The cost of delivery to you is refunded also, but you will have to arrange delivery of the item back to oursleves. We pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). If the item has been opened and/or is proven to have been handled, then your right to a full refund will no longer be applicable and a re-stocking charge may be issued (which we will let yuo know about before proceeding with).
Faulty items, or items you consider to be faulty or not fit for their intended purpose, can also be returned to us. As with the legislations in place in the UK (which can be viewed on our 'Terms & Conditions' page) we are required to refund or replace a product within 30 days of you receiving it, or replace or repair it between the 30 day mark to the remainder of its warranty period. We are more than happy to comply with these rules.
In either event, postage costs to customers are not refunded and it is the responsiblity of the customer to send the item back to ourselves at their own cost.
Please contact us with your order name, order number and a description of the issue. We will always try to help at first and will issue an RMA (return merchandise authorisation) if we require for you to send the item back to us.
Our warranty period(s) are as follows:
- Parts and accessories (e.g. cables and adapters) - 6 months
- Major applainces (e.g. vacuum cleaners and microwaves) - 12 months
Many of the manufacturers we deal with will give their own warranty periods, which can vary. If this is the case then we may be able to send this back to them on your behalf, but this depends on the manufacturer as some may wish for the customer to do this themselves. We will let you know the best course of action as soon as you get in touch.

Refunds Policy
Refunds will be given in a very timely manner. They are processed within 1-2 working days of us receiving a new item back, providing no additional checks are needed (which you will be notified about).
Refunds for faulty items, if applicable, may take longer as more checks may be needed. Like with new products, they are processed within 1-2 working days of confirmation and you will be notified throughout the process.
Refunds are given back to the customer via the same method used to pay for an order. These times may vary, but depend on how long PayPal or Stripe (our two current payment processing providers) take to do this. We will give proof of when a refund is initiated, but it is up to the customer and the payment provider as to how long it takes for funds to clear. More information will be given by the specific payment processor used at the time of order.
