We list the grade of the phones which identifies its external physical condition. The grading of our phones have no bearing on their functionality, as all of our phones are fully tested prior to sale. You will find that the physical condition has a bearing on the price, so you will get a better value-for-money option going for one with a lower grade if you are not concerned with condition too much.
Here is a list of our grading options:-
Grade A+ Very few, if any, signs of previous usage
Grade A Minor signs of previous usage but, generally, in very good condition
Grade B Shows medium signs of wear and tear, may include slight marks and signs of wear around the body and on the screen
Grade C Shows heavy signs of wear and tear. This could include an item that is otherwise in very good condition apart from one or two obvious, yet liveable, issues such as bright spots on the screen or large dents on the body.
